Our mission is to inspire and create healthier communities by connecting people to real food. We believe in simple, balanced, and delicious dining in harmony with conscious nutrition. We are committed to supporting local growers who are farming sustainably, to creating transparency around what’s in our food and where it came from, and to creating more accessibility to healthy, clean food for more people on the Big Island.
We roast, pickle, slice, and cook everything in-house from a raw state in our kitchen everyday, taking no shortcuts. Making everything from scratch, 70-80% of all our produce is from the Big Island. We feel a great sense of pride and responsibility to be a positive force of change in the food industry.
We believe the choices we make about what we eat, where it comes from and how it’s prepared have a direct impact on the health of individuals, and our island.
