Our New Smoker!

If you ask anyone that enjoys good smoked meat they would probably say "if you haven't tasted good smoked meat, you haven't truly lived!"

 

Laulima Food Patch is going all the way and taking salads to another level!; we are rolling in a brand-new, state of the art, smoker. And we don't mess around.

 

Smoked meat is a delicacy that's been enjoyed by cultures all over the world for centuries. And what's the palatable secret? It's all in the smoke. The "low and slow" cooking methods of smoking meat utilizes fragrant woods like local Kiawe (mesquite) to tenderize the cuts into mouth-watering morsels. Done in a "low temp" environment (200 °F to 300 °F), it takes a significant amount of time to prepare (12-24 hours), breaking down connective tissue and collagen within the meat, and rendering out the fat, leaving you with flavorful, full-bodied smoked meat.
